- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I saw Dr. Amber for acne treatment. First, the front office staff are very nice and helpful. Also, there is only a short new-patient questionnaire. There is little wait time; I was brought in right at my appointment time. Then, I met the friendly nurse/assistant who brought me in and asked me a few questions, and then she got the doctor. Dr. Amber is very nice and was able to go into detailed explanations. She also offered the cheapest treatment right off the bat, which is helpful for a college student like me. She was able to give me an estimate of the cost and told me what to do if it was not covered by my insurance. Checkout was a breeze. I did not spend more than 30 minutes there. Within an hour, I recieved a message from my pharmacy that my prescription was filled. I was pleased with my experience and will be going again.February 12, 2017by Nikki Wolfenbarger
