- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Much like the other reviewers, I've had a horrible experience with this dental office. I received a collection notice for a dental bill I had no knowledge of. Apparently the dental office had my incorrect address and phone number on file. The collections agency was able to locate my correct address and this is how I was informed. When I called Plant City Dentistry the staff gave no explanation as to the additional charge and could not provide my next appointment as it had been removed from the system. The filling that was placed in my tooth had also come out of my tooth twice. I've had to choose another dentist to correct what was done to my tooth. Go there if you're expecting poor customer service and unprofessionalism, I wasn't. This place put a bad taste in my mouth, literally.January 16, 2017by Hannah Higginbotham
